Yesterday marked a very important day in our little family. Justin left the house at 8am as a law student, and when he walked back in the doors at noon, his last final completed, he was a graduate.
I guess we both expected confetti and balloons to drop from the ceiling, and maybe even someone with a giant check waiting for us, but such was not the case. Instead, we celebrated with a lazy afternoon and a bowl of ice cream later that night. We'll have to go crazy later when Justin and I both get rid of our colds. Who knows, maybe we'll go really wild with dinner AND a movie.
He has worked so hard for the past three years, and deserves a little break. Well, really little. He takes the bar in Feb, and these are the books he just received in the mail for his review class.
But in the end, all that really matters is that he has studied so hard and finally graduated from law school, and I couldn't be more proud.
