i want you to know that i had already diagnosed you with this ailment, bringing my grand total of accurate diagnoses to ... well, one. but my heart goes out to you. it's a serious, serious illness and makes pregnancy (which is already little fun) no fun. good luck! i'll fly out there to hold your hair when you throw up if you need me to.
