Here's just a random sampling of pictures from the past few days.
Sunday was Justin's 31st birthday, and per his request, we did nothing more than enjoy cake and candles and a few friends. Here's the official birthday cake. It's a 'triple layer fresh berry cake' from Whole Foods and absolutely to die for. And yes, Charlie is cruising around with his pullups over his jammies.

The cake that Charlie and I made for Justin. Charlie picked the colors and did most of the frosting....yellow and green on the outside and blue frosting in between layers on the inside.
Charlie trying on Maddie's Easter dress. He was not very happy about it, but it was worth the laugh we got out of it.
Charlie and Kayla at the beach. It was blue skies and warm when we went...one of those "non weather" weather days. Perfect.

Ummmm, that cake looks really good--let me clarify--the Berry cake. No offense Charlie:) I MIGHT have to pick one of those up for MY birthday! Oh, and I think pink is definitely not Charlie's color-- Kayla's Belle dress on the other hand, just did wonders for his compexion.
