What are the chances that I would live right next door to someone that I get along with so well?  And then what are the chances that that neighbor would have three kids the same ages as mine?  And then what are the chances that those three kids would get along so well with my kids?  Honestly, a situation like this is so rare around here and I feel so blessed that it happened to me.
