The Sublease
I love our apartment. It really is the best. I don't know of any other apartments that have a big backyard. And I don't know of any other landlords that let you paint the walls. And I certainly don't know of any other apartments that have a garage too. I wanted to be able to sublease the apartment for the summer, but I think we're going to lose it.

i also LOVE your apartment. that backyard is to DIE for and so is the toilet in the closet. whatever you do with your house is poetry, jos. you and steph both have a gift. by the way, steph, your house is looking good, sister. i love the white around the walls. what is this called?
